I'm looking at a loft that has studio space, but no plumbing for a studio.
The rear is perfect but far away from the bathroom which is located in the
front.
In looking at the archives I tried 'plumbing' and came up one thread
regarding converting a garage into a studio. I can tell 'learn to throw dry' is going
to come up.
Is there a better phrase, or search term to use for the search engine in the
archives.
Saving grace about the archives is that while there not only do they have
plumbing but an ash trays and fresh coffee. Hard to keep the cats off the key
board, however.
