HI. I am down in Kodaira-shi at the moment.
A short while ago I was visiting Bizen. BIzen (actually Imbe) was amazing. Wood
fire central for sure. There was a wood kiln chimney in every direction you looked
right in the downtown section. Take Mashiko a while back when it was much
smaller........ and have just about everyone fire with wood .
Hey.... please say "hi" to Jim C. when you see him. I met him in Tokyo back in 1996
when I was on my way to Mashiko back then. He helped me learn to get around
Tokyo. Nice guy.
I lost track of him...... if you have an email send it to me off list please.
