Almost all my life I had two jobs or hobbies. The main job - which iIusually did good in and put bread on the table was one that I usually hated but kept a good attitude and moved up the ranks in the airline lndustry. Worked this one for over 40 years before retiring. The second job(S) or hobby(S) was first working on cars, then building cars then drag racing (almost professional), making fiberrglass auto bodies, painting motorcycles and so on - made some money for a rainey day and felt "creative Worked most all the day's and-or at least 70 hours a week. for over 40 years - now pottery as a creative hobby only. What did it bring me? One divorce,one strained marriage, don't know four kid's (now grown up - one dead from drug overdose) or three grandkidsAnd noit much communication either, Did I do any good? made some money but I now have a breathing problem so I can't even get out much to smell the roses. Please don't think that this is a sob story - but hopefully a message to all
that family and friends means a bunch and the rest is "it's only money". Bottom line - Please don't get to involved to forget to love the people around you. sam in daly city
