Hiya;
I just saw this Korean film on DVD called: Chihwaseon , Drunk on women and
poetry. It's about the life of this legendary Korean painter Ohwon. It's a
very nice film; nice cinematography; calligraphy and painting appreciation;
Korean history; some r rated action.
The last part of the movie, the aging painter stayed at a pottery painting
pots to exchange for food. They did a wood firing. In front of the kiln, the
painter asked the assistant potter what he wants out of the kiln...
It may be old news for y'all, but it's newly released and overnight rental
for me.
