Recently moved to Brooklyn -NY and having a few issues - brought a kiln from a previous home. It is 240 volts and from what I understand you can only have 208 volts in the area - I was told that I could change the elements from 240's to 208's - but I can't find a supply store for clay stuff -

please help

thanks

Hi William:
Suggest you contact Ceramic Supply of New Jersey; they are located in Lodi
which isn't far from NYand can do the kind of service you are seeking; they
used to have a location on the lower east side of New York but closed that a few
years ago. Their Tel. # from NY is: (800) 7-Ceramic (723-7264).

All the best,

Marvin Flowerman
