At a workshop we made plaster casts with plaster as Bob mentioned he did complete with eyelashes in his case! Be careful of the eye area because my poor husband who was my model got a bad irritation from plaster that had seeped into one eye. I felt terrible, but he was a very good sport about it. It made a great mask form, that just needed a little detail work to it after it hardened. But it wouldn't be worth damage to an eye. Plus, now when I need him to help me with a project, I sense he is a little hesitant. Can't blame him! Toni in OHio
