on (ceramics or any) equipment pruchases made out-of-state...

Hi Brad,



"Use Tax" being the term, for when someone has bought goods
from outside of the jurisdiction of their state's department
of taxation.

In which, they are expected to pay their state, the Use Tax,
to the same amount, as what would have been the sales tax,
had they bought the goods in their own state's jurisdiction.

Or such is my understanding...
