Hi,
Lost track of who asked the original question.... but I have one , an
Alpine 20 cu.ft. I had a galvanized hood built the same size as the
outside dimensions of the kiln, to insure that any leaks from rain
would drip outside the kiln itself. The hood and and an 8' tall x 18"
square chimney with it's own little hood hangs on chain from the wood
rafters, approximately 18" above the kiln. I have photos somewhere that
I could send you off thee list if I can find them, let me know... I
had it built by the local furnace & sheet metal co. Mike Gordon
