changing electric elements/barrel connectors; itc

How do you apply the ITC 100 to new elements? I tried spraying old elements
when I did the interior of a flakeing kiln. Worked great on the interior
esp. the lid but wouldn't applyto the elements. Jo

ITC 100 is not for elements.
ITC 213 is for elements.
