Iraqi/Qatari clay artist Waleed Qaisi, one of the artists featured in =
the 2005 Clay Lover's Calendar is the featured artist in an exhibition =
at Kufa Gallery in London. The show opens at 6:30pm on Wednesday =
September 15. If you happen to be in London, the address is 26 =
Westbourne Grove.
Waleed sent his resume when he entered the calendar show, and it is =
impressive for the sheer number of exhibitions he's been part of, not to =
mention the commission work. He is originally from Iraq, but has moved =
to Qatar.
Two of his pieces were accepted for the calendar show and have been =
