For anyone that has been anxiously awaiting the release of this book, I
thought you'd like to know that I got my 10 copies in today. I don't
have the cover image up online yet, but I did type up the table of
contents for those who are interested. Link is:

Cindy,
I was reading it last night. What a great bunch of old articles. It is
funny how I now know so many of the people who wrote or are written
about I met Beth Cavener Stichter at Archie Bray in 2002. I love her
work. -and she worked with Vince for a period! Small world.
I think Bill Jones did a great job on the book. The whole series is
really beautiful AND informative.
BTW in this book is a description of how I use latex resist in the
article by Louana Lackey.
