Last call to register for the upcoming Oct. 22-24 Liz Quackenbush workshop, "The Decorated Form" offered through The Art League of Alexandria in Northern Virginia.
Here's the itinerary--
Friday: October 22, 2004: 7 pm to 9 pm - Pot luck and slide presenations including European and Islamic decorative clay tradtions.
Sat/Sun: October 23 & 24, 2004: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Hands-on workshop where you will explore creating dynamic ceramic surfaces using both wet clay and glazes. Handbuilding and brushwork glaze techniques are demonstrated.
