I've started using some 16" plastic bats on my Laguna Pacifica wheel. Of
course the standard Splash Pans that come with the wheel won't fit around
this size bat. Right now my appron and surrounding area around wheel get
the splatter. Any tips?
Thanks in advance.

Mark,
Anchor a big damp sponge (with your water bucket)
so it touches the rim of the bat.
It will capture most of the splatter.
and/or
Use cheap painters drop cloth plastic.
Tack/tape/lay it on your surfaces.
When done roll it up and discard/recycle.

Afternoon Mark
To cut down some of the overspray - set your water container (best
straight-sided) with a damp clean-up sponge between it and the wheelhead.
about the 4 to 5 o'clock position. MarjB

Mark, just drape either some newspaper or one of those ninty-nine cent
plastic "drop cloths" over the fall out area and use as little water as
possible. Slowing the wheel speed will also help.
