Looking forward to seeing your images John. I've also been
using ceramic
cameras for some time now. I have some photos of them on my
photography
site:

In April I'll be having a solo exhibition of my ceramic work
and photography
at the Tom Thomson Memorial Art Gallery in Owen Sound,
Ontario.

Folks-

A while back I made pinhole cameras with ceramic bodies. The majority of=

the camera was out of clay, but the pin hole and shutter were from copper=
.

I used paper negatives and was able to come up with some pretty good imag=
es.
The cameras themselves looked quite good. (If I do say so myself.) I'l=
l
need to scan and get a few pictures of them up on my website. Almost had=

them published in the Pinhole Journal...

If you are curious about these, you can pretty easily get images and usin=
g
paper negatives is a cheap way to go.

Here's the place to start-

Steve: Old friend and neighbour. Steve helped me fire my first gas kiln and
every wood kiln for about 15 years? I was thrilled to see you appear on
clayart. I have been a resident of Clayartville for about 10 years now.
It's a good town and you will enjoy it. Good to see the likes of you in
town.
The ash blue camera is a sweetie.
cheers,
Tony
