Hi, again, everyone.

well, i'm still working at getting geared up for glaze testing.

i have quite a few recipes that call for ferro frit 3249.... but none of
my usual sources carry it.

i looked it up & the following are suggested as substitutes:
fusion f-69
general color gf-144
pemco p-1409

but none of my usual suppliers carry these, either.

any one out there bought ferro 3249 lately?

know any sources... prefereably on east coast or midwest....

thanks again for all the great support...

Clifton:
I don't know where they are located, but Laguna shows 3249 as being
available. http://www.lagunaclay.com
Hope that helps.

Hey Clifton,

It's a low CaO - high MgO - NO KNaO - boron ferro frit - which all adds up
to very low expansion.

Somebody must sell it.
