Hi Carol. My recommendation is to call your dealer if you purchased it
new. I got mine from axner and have had to call several times over the
past 4 years with questions....the manual for venco is very
disappointing to say the least.
My electrician found the proper matching plug so i know they're out
there. You will of course received excellent clayart advice as well.
enjoy your pug...truly up there with my wheel, kiln, plaster bray trays,
and bison tools as the absolute must haves in my shop.
