Hi Tony and list
I discovered these recipes last summer and they are quite good so I
thought I would share:
Barbecued Beer Chicken
1/2cup finely chopped green onions, white and light green parts
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cup beer, divided
1 whole chicken 3 1/2 to 4 lbs
Rinse chicken under cold water and place chicken in a large, resealable
plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Press the air out and seal tightly.
Turn the bag to distribute the marinade (about 3 hours), turning the bag
occasionally. Pour the remaining beer into the center of the base cup . Grill
chicken over medium heat until the juices run clear or until the internal
temperature reaches 180 degrees F (about 40-50 minutes) baste every 30 minutes.
Let chicken rest 5 minutes before cutting.

Rosmary - Garlic Chicken with White Wine
4 large garlic cloves (chopped)
1/2 cup fresh dill
1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 whole chicken 3 1/2 to 4 lbs
1/2 cup dry white wine
Combine ingredients to make marinade, (may be done in a food processor)
Rinse chicken, place in marinade for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours - Place
on chicken beer can roaster and baste with white wine for about 40-50 minutes
on medium grill heat. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting or until internal
temperature is 180 degrees F (juices will run clear)

If you like these I have one more with apple and curry.

ethnicity / since I am a regular hotge / podge I like the checking the
"other" category :-) Dawn in Menomonee Falls, Wi. Where we just got 6-12 inches
depending on where you were located. Today was a snow day! WoHoo, I got to
