Just a note to advise anyone outside the USA registering for NCECA that =
while online registration is possible, on line payment is not, since =
the system does not recognise European visa or mastercard. However, you =
can telephone the NCECA office between 9 and 5 Baltimore time and deal =
with payment this way.
Avril and Jacqui, both of whom ran in to this problem.
