hanko seals for japanese yakimono

updated tue 18 jan 05

Janet Kaiser on sun 16 jan 05

I was wondering if anyone has come across "the japanese
connection" and if so, what the quality of their seals (also
service) is like? I was sent the mail below... Some computer has
noticed I like seals, even if no real body could give a fig! LOL!
I cannot help thinking this must be some relative of Mel`s Mr.
Uchida, but probably it is the Japanese equivalent to Jones! LOL!

Sincerely

Janet Kaiser -- back from being taken to visit a Sunday market
near Chester by a friend. Scary when your feet and legs loose all
feeling, especially in the middle of a mucky, muddy field, with
nowhere to sit down...

Yes, Steve, we're getting them too. I asked for a quote, and it was

(gulp!) $240 US. Just a bit out of reach for these pockets.
Best,
