Dear Friends,
Anyone who would like to have an update on Glaze Formulation might =

This is an offprint from a paper presented at the 2000 ACS Whiteware =
Conference.
One thing that it does show that what I have been writing in posts to =
Clayart about the Alkali Earth Oxides seems to be the opinion of other =
people.
It also confirms what I have said about Nepheline Syenite and why is =
such a useful material for bringing down the maturity temperature of =
high firing glazes to the Cone 6 region.
I think it would pay all of those who are currently, or intend at some =
time in the future, making their own glazes to read this document.
