I think you mean dry greenware, dry pots not fired yet. They become
bisqueware after the first firing.
Anyway, if the pots are dry, there shouldn't be any problem. If
you're concerned, just be certain to take it slow at the early stages
of the firing.
Bill, in Fredericksburg, VA, where we were due for a big snow, but
ended up with only an inch or so.

If the work is dry, it can't freeze.
Just fire normally.
