A treadle was the first wheel I owned.=20
Picked it up from a little old lady for 50 bucks.=20
Her husband made it for her back in the 70's.
Used it until a friend loaned me her Brent. Until=20
I could afford to buy my own. Still have the treadle=20
tucked away for hard times.=20
Hope they never come. My back still hurts.
Started building my kiln finally. Decided to build a MFT.
Got a set of plans and will be laying bricks this week if my=20
fingers can stand the cold. Gotta cut some angle iron=20
for the roof corners and I'll be set to go. Will take lots of=20
pictures so I can share the experience.=20
I may build two if the bricks hold out. Set them next to=20
each other, call them Salt & Pepper.
Salt in one, Reduction in the other.=20
