remember, the mug is very intimate.
you hold in your mouth, the tongue touches
the rim. no wonder people fall in love
with a favorite mug.
they hold it in their fingers, touch and fondle it.
and then the perfect kiss.
i have had people show up at my door with a
small bag with the shards of their favorite mug.
`mel, can you glue this together, then make one
exactly like it for me, i love this mug`.
a great mug is a powerful tool in folks buying
other pots from you.
and, it makes the best gift in the world. personal and
close.
and, if a person feels strange with a mug, it gets pushed
back in a dark corner of the cupboard, never to be seen again.

david hendley's big blue always yells at me...sings in the
morning...`hey there, big guy, i'm cobalt, i am cool, i love
to hold tea...take me...take me!`
