An elderly lady 6 hours from me is offering to give me a Kian (??) kiln. =
I have searched the web, but find no such a brand. The lady said there =
is a KO or RO after the brand name. She said it was made in Baytown, =
TX. It is 220 volt, 25 amp. ModeI HF 508 SN 500. I am wondering if the =
lady has misread the brand name. I need to find out more about this =
offer before I drive 6 hours. Anybody know anything?

Some of the Amoco kilns had model numbers starting with HF. Though I don't
believe any of the current models is a 508. 25 amp sounds like a fairly
small kiln to me.
