I won't be in Baltimore and am wondering if there will be a way to get the
CD anyway? I really would love to see this show.

I got word from Malcolm Davis today that the shino show is up in Baltimore
and it is awesome. I can't wait to see 150 potters endless variations on the
the theme-shino. Malcolm was slightly miffed (no pissed) that a half dozen
potters that had committed did a "no show". This meant a half dozen worthy
potters were not included in the show. 6 out of 150 is pretty good i would
think. Things happen- bad firings, shipping crashes, health, a number of bad
things can happen to good people. But when you say you're going to do
something, you do it, come hell or high water.
I have had better shino pieces from my kiln- I sold them. i sent the best i
had on that day.

Tony -

About those shino no-shows -- are you sure none of
them were perhaps shipped late? We get phone
reminders of MD and dentist appts. - perhaps someone
should apply this technique to show & sip dates.

Hi Ann,

I inquired with Leigh Taylor Mickelson at Baltimore Clayworks about a month
ago regarding purchasing a catalog (CD) in case I wouldn't be able to see
the show in person. She told me at that time that I could mail order it,
but they were still working out pricing, and to inquire again closer to the
show. You can contact her at leigh.mickelson@baltimoreclayworks.org.
