Hiya,

Re the Tate @ St Ives, if anyone goes, please could they make a point of =
complaining at the =A35 entrance fee.
The last time I went, the Tate in London was free.
Pat
.
P.s. the best campsite in St. Ives is up the hill from the Leach =
pottery, turn right and keep going for about 2 miles, superb site.

Is the Leach Pottery still there, Pat? I thought I read / heard somewhere
that it was closed down and up for sale last year?! Definitely something
about it being "lost" so no sign posting to help orientating campers!

But I agree with admission fees. Both the St. Ives and the Liverpool Tate
charge a lot for "special exhibitions", but as that is all there`s
(usually) worth seeing, it is forcing payment when museums and galleries
are now supposedly "free".

Best wishes

Janet -- working very hard at typing on a keyboard which sticks... My
main PC is at the doctors again... Blue-screened and then would not turn
either off or on until I switched off at the wall socket!
