Could anyone on the list who have experience mild->severe food
allergies\intolerances please write to me and tell me the symptoms you had.
Remedies, etc.; besides quitting the foods that bothered you.
I'm mostly interested in detailed accounts of symptoms; Headaches,
infections, kidney troubles, etc.
And of course any remedies that lead to a more salubrious life....
