In case you must cancel prior to departure the following penalties apply,
If you cancel in writing on or before July 15, 2005 Full refund
If you cancel in writing July16-31, 2005 50% refund
If you cancel in writing August 1st or later 0% refund
We strongly urge you to take out travel insurance since penalties apply for
any paid out expenses incurred in addition to fees charged by the airlines,
consolidators, hotels, and or other suppliers.
