David,
Glad you got the journal. Of course it shouldn't take a year to put it together. Actually, you have it sooner than last year's version, so things are improving. I am convinced NCECA is working hard to get this year's journal out even sooner. As a contributer to last year's journal, and hopefully this year's, I've seen some changes that are encouraging to move the process of editing and publishing the journal along faster.
You do need to recognize NCECA remains an organization run mainly by volunteers. As such, some things take longer, but cost a LOT less. The journal is a good case in point.
It was great to see you, if only briefly, in Baltimore!

David, you're lucky you got one in the first place. When NCECA was in
Charlotte, I worked as a volunteer for my ticket, which was to include said
journal. It is now 2005 and I have yet to receive it.

My 2004 NCECA Journal arrived today. Should it really take a whole
year to put the journal together?
