Funny you should mention this. I can't believe how many people I have seen
over the years trying to sharpen underglaze pencils in pencil sharpeners. It
works I guess - sort of. If you want 50% of you glaze pencil to end up
snapped in with the shavings.

Razors are really the best way to sharpen them and get a fine point. If yoy
want really fine you can rub them very gently on 200 grit sand paper.
