Hi,
Many of you may recall that last fall out of the blue a woman approached
me at a street festival and asked if I'd like her gas kiln. It's a
California kiln, has been fired only three times, and has been kept out
of the elements. Probably needs new burners, but other than that it's
in good shape and ready to move. It is, I believe, 9 cubic feet.
I was going to take it...but honestly, we don't plan to stay here for
more than another year or two, I don't want to pay to have the pipeline
installed, develop glazes, learn to fire the kiln...then sell the
property and move on!
I have offered to help this woman find a home for the kiln. She would
like either to give it away in return for being able to use it, or sell
it out right for the best offer.
