I am offering the following one day workshop at my studio in Chelsea,
Alabama, April 30, 2005
Introduction to Moldmaking for Ceramics
The workshop will be a hands-on practicum in moldmaking, with an
introduction to materials, processes and tools used in the mold-makers
trade. Included will be mold design assessment, slump/hump molding,
slipcasting molds, and press molds. Participants will have exposure to
construction of waste molds, block-and-case molds, and production molds.
Workshop Fee: $125 (includes materials)
Space limited to ten (10) participants, so register early.
