I am reposting this as a spam repeated until my mailbox was full, it stopped
CLAYART and other personal messages from coming in.Please, use this header
to reply so I do not have to search for your reply.

I am looking at retiring to a small town in the outter areas of Columbia or
Charlotte,SC and want to explore the interest in starting a coop version
gallery; art ,woodworking and clay center or something along those lines and am
desiring input and a measure of the needs in this area and would welcome
anyone knowing situations of interest for sale.

My uninsured studio fire over 18 month's ago made us rethink our long term
plans and goals and the property is worth more developed than rebuilt and
other farms nearby are already under development now so restriction will be
forthcoming , I'm sure.

We were told our child and family are relocating, out of state job change,so
nothing holds us here and we are game for a fresh start and if SC is not
fertile ground we are game to consider anywhere and my husband has need for a fine
woodworking shop ,too.Any comments will interest us at this point. We are
looking at anywhere from today or 3 years plan.

Go to the beach. I can't seem to find any potters down there and the market
should be wide open for retailing pottery. I like the Garden City area and
Murrell's Inlet as it is more family oriented and there seems to be quite a
bit of money in that area if you can find a decent place $$$$ wise. I have
even thought of setting up a booth in the Garden City Flea Market for a
weekend. Its pretty cheap like $15 a day.
