I will second what Bill Schran said about Axner's making it right. They go out of their way to help you. Patrick Turner who works at Axner should get a raise(money, moola, greenstuff!)-he must have answered a few thousand questions for me and then some before I made the final decision on my wheel and other stuff. I LOVE my wheel and now that it is getting really nice out, I am looking forward to spending some long hours out in the Potter's shed.
I have been very impressed at thier eagerness to answer questions and if they don't know they will find out and call you back. They get my repeat business!
(An extruder's next I hope.....Mother's Day is coming...wink, wink, nod, nod, say no more..........)
