Hi Bill and everybody,

I don't know what the current bru-ha-ha is on clayart because,
frankly, I have to steer clear of the emotional end of this list in
order to participate. I was very hurt by a war I felt obliged to
wage with Vince here years ago and has taken a long time to build
back up to a real participation on clayart.

My whole life is clay. I think many of us feel the same. It is like
music, it settles in the soul. Clayart is the single best thing ever
to come along.

People need to talk, no sense in getting
bent out of shape, see where it goes. If you alienate
a person you will lose that persons gift of knowledge
and this has been done on here more times than I want
>to remember.

Bill's comment here hit me as about perfect. Especially since now in
the US our political situation has deteriorated so that people who
must communicate to do their jobs governing the country just don't
anymore.

I thought one of the main jobs of doing glaze calculation was to make
a glaze that doesn't craze and doesn't splinter off. And I think it
is great that a whole bunch of people who love working with clay are
pulverizing all the arguments on the subject here on clayart, for the
edification of all.

Eleanora.......BTW, Vince and I finally did come to a truce.
