wanted: lockerbie wheel

Hi, I'd like to buy a used Lockerbie wheel if anyone has one or knows of
one for a reasonable price. I just finished a pottery class where I used
a motorized Lockerbie so that is the wheel I'm comfortable with. If you
have a sinilar wheel for sale I'd consider that too. I live in MN but
would be willing to travel to most places in the U.S. or Canada to get it.
You can e-mail me at brooke520@hotmail.com Thanks!

Think hard about your offer -- how much will it cost
to bring a wheel back to where you live? If you can't
get it on a day trip, it's almost certainly not worth
doing. (According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics,
it costs over 35 cents a mile to drive a sedan, which
if you drive 500 miles to get a wheel, then 500 miles
back, it costs you $350 to retrieve the wheel.)

Best wishes -- Steve Slatin
