Hey Bert and other MC6r's-
Just thought I'd share my latest and greatest adventures in the "MC6" =
world.=20
I've got a really old kiln with no fancy computer gadgets- so, I =
basically screwed up a firing a few weeks ago and got some really cool =
pots! To make a long story short, my kiln sitter kicked off the kiln =
when I would usually turn it down to medium to slow cool- so, after 2 =
hours of being off, I turned it back up for awhile, then turned it down =
again. The end result was a load of really red waterfall brown! =20
After consulting with Mr. H, he suggested I take my waterfall brown pots =
and refire them to bisque temp. It worked!=20
Now I'm working on getting it in 1 firing.=20
