Where is the best place to buy extruder price wise?

You didn't say what brand of extruder, but my first suggestion would be
your local supplier. I think overall, you'll find that even if the
price tag is a bit more than some other places might advertise, it's
absolutely worth it to support your local supplier. Plus it's good for
your Karma!
