Rosette Gault is arguably the godmother of paper clay. Her book,
appropriately titled "Paper Clay", is the most definitive source of
information on the subject. Here a link to Amazon where you may order
your own copy if you are interested. I believe that Axner and a number
of other ceramics retailers/suppliers have copies as well. The book is
really quite wonderful for those contemplating the use of cellulose
fiber in clay.
