Hi:
That's it folks. We've had enough retail experience. Actually we've
aquired another very large responsibility and something has to go. So
here's the thing.
The Fire's Eye Gallery in McMinnville, Oregon USA is for sale. This is an
up and running business that's been operating since 1995. We've owned it
since March 2001. The gallery is 1800 square ft with a kitchen and small
apartment. There's an 800 sq ft studio building and a 200 sq ft metal
building that was originally used for a gas kiln and pot storage. I've
never used this studio but the previous owner did and it worked very well
for him.
We lease the buildings and there are six years remaining on the lease if we
take the option to continue which we will do for anyone who wants to buy
the business. The monthly payment is very reasonable and the landlord is
very amiable and easy to work with. The gallery is located on busy hwy 18
which is a route to the Oregon beaches for folks from Portland, Seattle,
and other points north. There is another gallery there and the Oregon Wine
Tasting Room and the Fresh Palette Cafe. It's a nice pit stop and there's
a good tourist trade. The other gallery is more fine art and the Fire's
Eye is mostly clay and glass and is oriented toward the craft market.
If ahyone is interested, you can email me directly or you can email the
gallery at fireseyegallery@onlinemac.com. The website is

thanx, Craig Martell Hopewell, Oregon
