"David Thomas, a geologist turned chiropractor analysed data from =
McCance and Widdowsons epic work, "The composition of foods", 1940 and =
compared the findings to levels of evidence found currently..........
and found that potatoes have lost 47% of their copper, 45% of thier iron =
and 35% of their calcium.............. Brocoli suffered an 80% drop in =
copper and calcium content was a quarter of what it was in =
