Carole; When I have tried to put horse hair on a TOO HOT Pot I get white marks instead of black. I think that is what you are referring too, but I am no expert. Anyone out there wanting a LITTLE BIT of horse hair can write me off list. First 100000 (haha) Clay Arters will get a few pieces! We have 2 Arabian horses to "harvest". Also, anyone in North Central Colorado who wants to come out and BRUSH said horses is more than welcome too.....haha again!!
