We still have openings for Susan DeMay's Workshop June 11 and 12 at
Mid-South Ceramic & Art Supply Co.
Susan has been producing functional and decorative stoneware pottery
and other artistic forms using con six electric glazes. Her colorful
and distinctive designs and ability to "paint with glaze" has evolved
over the course of many years. She currently operates a studio in
Smithville, TN and is a teaching artist with a long career with many
art programs in Middle Tennessee, including 20 years at Vanderbilt
University.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn some of Susan's secrets of
successful application and firing of cone size glazes. This will be a
hands on workshop. Bring 10 that are a cone 6 clay, bisque fired.
Glazes will be provided.
