Hello All,
Lately, I've been trying to make a habit of taking photos of everything
before and after firing, as well as make notes on everything, otherwise I
just plain forget from firing to firing. For this I've set up a website I
can keep records on, and access from wherever I happen to be. When I get a
bit more time, I'll post pics from the kiln loading and unloading, but for
now just some of the finished work.
I've been working with a particular glaze combination, and I think this time
I finally figured out the correct firing schedule with the kiln I'm using
(It's borrowed), though I'm still having trouble getting the glaze the
correct thickness. Most stuff this time around was overglazed.
Anyway, for anyone who is interested, this installment of the visual kiln
log is at:

Sorry about the crappy lighting, still working on that.

Very nice. Looks like at temmoku with buttermilk type glaze over it. We
had some folks at the Odyssey center using that this spring.
