Hi All,
I'm new to the list and am immediately asking for help! I am taking special problems ceramics this summer, and if that doesn't make, a clay and glaze class. I am a fan of hard to find, unique, clay bodies and glazes. So far I like soda and high fire the best. Any recipes I could garner would be most appreciated. I have gotten frustrated with the internet 'cause the same recipes keep showing up.
I would like to do raku tiles but feel that I need a clay that won't crack on the edges (I have been told most raku clay recipes are prone to this), so a clay recipe that solves this issue would help. Thanks.
