Enzo has this ceramic bakeware that he's had for a couple of years now
and I've been washing it for a couple of years now. I swear, it looks
the same as when he bought it. NOTHING sticks to it, it doesn't stain
and it hasn't crackled. The inside glaze is as hard and as white as the
day he bought it. It also will go from freezer to a preheated oven
without any problem.

So I got a bit curious and looked up their web site.

Emile Henry:

The ware that he has is called Ceradon it's fired only to CONE 1.

They are aparently the only French producer of ceramics to have been
certified ISO 9001, as well.

Sounds like they've really got their process down.

Amazing stuff!

I have no connection with the company, I'm just amazed by this super
hard durable glaze
