At Shimaoka's, we put damp Nuka bai (Rice Husk Ash) on the floor of the
Yohen chamber of the Nobrigama. You should try this on the floor of your
Train. I think Louis mentioned a source for this. It is being sold in
the States as floor sweeping compound.
