return this to you and anyone needing a good laugh.
I had a customer yesterday who wanted to know about the delivery of the =
kiln
she had purchase a week earlier. I couldn't find a record of her order =
and
started asking her questions about when and what she had ordered. She =
said
it was a phone order and insisted she talked to me. I didn't remember =
the
name or my records didn't show her name. I asked her if it was a PARAGON
kiln. She replied, "No, I think it's a hexagon." .........Duh!
