Okay, the sky isn't really falling; but I am falling out of New York City!!!

I have had enough of this bullshit!!!

Now, that I have your attention; I need a job!!!! Preferbly in ceramics!!!

I have a butt-load of skills; Carpentry, masonry, roofing, running chainsaw,
working like a pack-mule AND
I have a degree in ceramics!!

I know, what potter has the money to hire anybody, let alone put food on
their own table. But, I am not looking for much.....If you got an old wood
shed where I can sleep, an extra space at the dinner table and some work
that needs to be done, then I might be the person for you.

Willing to trade work in return for place to work and supplies; with a small
stipend.

I have experience building kilns, mixing glazes, firing all types of kilns
from electric to multi-day wood firings, can throw production work, strong
back!!!!

Please, anyone who knows of anything, please pass it on, I desperately need
to move out of NYC, I would prefer North Carolina, West Virginia, or Maine,
but will go as far as Alaska!!

Thanks,
Ian

Ian,
why not try Hanselman Pottery in Corrales, New Mexico U of NM has a good =
clay program, perhaps they need someone, you'd love Corrales and New =
Mexico, lots of artists there. They are also building like crazy, you'd =
certainly be employable, nowhere on earth is it nicer than N.M. (I used =
to live there, can't take altitude).
Good Luck,
Karin
