Hi all
Aber was wonderful, I was totally exhausted but enjoyed every minute. It was
great to meet up with the other Clayarters, and it was great, as ever, to
meet lots of people who are just as obsessed about clay as I am.
The demos were great. I didn't get to many talks, slide shows etc, but one
was outstanding - Peter Lange (New Zealand) was hilarious - I've never laughed
so much at a slide presentation. His wacky ideas are great. I got some nice
photos of his ice kiln, which I will put onto my new flickr or bloggr or some
darn thing when I manage to figure out why they won't work for me.... I think
the compooter knows I'm a techno-phobe, and it's being awkward. Will try
again tomorrow morning.
Pat - I also got a few shots of Ken Matsuzaki throwing, trimming and glazing.
Will try to get those onto the system as well. His pots are fabulous.
